I’m Julia – a fully-qualified, insured & 200-hour trained Registered Yoga Teacher, originally from Australia and now based in London.
I am qualified to teach Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Relaxation and my qualification is accredited by the international Yoga Alliance.

My goal is to inspire and assist your on your yoga journey, and to help your discover the myriad of health and wellness benefits yoga offers.
Drawing on my experience of many years as a dancer and yoga practice, I like to focus on fluidity in movement in my teaching. Moving in this enjoyable way feels great and it helps to release tension in the joints & muscles, focus the mind, energise the body, improve agility, reduce stress and increase flexibility.
