About Logan
I am a current Engineering Physics student, the Engineering program at UBC with the highest entry requirements. I was a straight A student in high school with a 97% grade point average and scored perfectly on the provincial standard tests.
I also have experience tutoring students, especially those who may struggling to grasp the curriculum through the Summer LEAD Tutoring Program.
All this sounds nice, but ultimately I am here to help you get a grip on the subjects that may be slipping through your grasp. And that is what I intend to do by supporting your learning in the way that works best for you.

I focus on building intuition for the subject through breaking down the core concepts and applying them to different problems.
A typical lesson my involve an overview of the subject matter, diving in deeper on confusing topics before walking through a number of worked examples that give perspective on what can be expected to know.
As a tutor, I was recently in high school and am in university. I get the struggle that can come from teachers and profs expecting students to figure much of the material out on their own.
Lessons primarily for the high school level, but I am open to first year university level questions as well.
