I have been volunteering with multiple age groups for over seven years both academically and in sports. More recently I volunteered in a grade three classroom, and am currently an EA to two young ladies with autism. I graduated Laurier in 2019 and hope to go back again soon (:

I prefer the pedagogical approach in teaching to really develop a relationship between the student and I; and assist my understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. By doing so I can also precieve how I can assist them with their understanding. I love incorporating readings from my experience to help them grasp information better. I am also super artsy so I enjoy assembling activities for students (:
