About Jad
I am a 26 years old Canadian.
I have a TESOL/TESL/TEFL certificate.
I worked as an ESL teacher in China for 2 years. I also taught online. When I left China, students there were very sad to see me leave because I easily create a bond with children.
I am empathetic so I relate to children and their need to learn while playing.
I am very patient, I love children and I love to play with them. I believe that children are free and responsible of their own lives. I treat them with unconditional love and also as adults.
I don't have an authoritarian approach. I am more of a facilitator and guide.
