I am a security supervisor. I have a bachelors degree in psychology and a CompTIA IT Fundamentals certificate and years experience casually assisting those who use english as a second language. I work in a widespread industry with numerous languages used.

I teach by explaining and getting the information repeated back correcting grammatical errors gently and patiently. I take the time to explain the differences in words where words look or sound similar explaining the different meanings and ensuring the information is fully understood.
