About Michael
After leaving school I worked a journalist for 20 years (interrupted by attendance at Sussex University where I gained a BA (Hons) in English) before training as an Anglican priest. I am used to having my written words published and to speaking to large groups of people.

My teaching approach would depend upon what the student was hoping to achieve. I can show how to structure written essays, teach how to write letters (eg: application for jobs) and help and advise prepare students in the preparation and delivery of either a written or spoken presentation.
