About Calista
I am of Dutch origin but I am much better at English. I grew up abroad and attended international schools with English as the official language, and I learned English at the highest level, as a mother tongue. Because I'm only 18 years old, I don't have much experience yet, but that doesn't mean I don't have any experience! I tutor my sister myself, and her grades have risen a lot since then.

My method of teaching depends on the student. Firstly, I think it's best to teach English as the official language (then they learn it faster), but that depends on their English proficiency. I also think it is important to have contact with the student before class to get acquainted, and also to have some information about what they are currently learning for English at school. This allows me to assess their strengths and weaknesses and base lessons on them.
