About Georgia
I am a master's student at Aberystwyth University with GCSE and A-level qualifications in English language. I am passionate about linguistic theory, creative writing and English as a language. I am a new teacher, though have experience in lesson planning and am enthusiastic about sharing my knowledge and supporting younger students with their study of English.

I feel comfortable teaching both GCSE and A-level students. My primary approach to teaching is to first obtain an idea of where the individual is at and what their weaknesses are, ie. what they are specifically looking for support with. I will then be able to shape my teaching around this - always with enthusiasm, patience, and an openness to trying different learning methods. Different people have varying methods they prefer (direct teaching, practical exercises, listening/reading/writing tasks, etc.) and I feel that this is important to consider when approaching a lesson plan.
