About Joyce
The classroom is a very intimate and fun setting. It’s a great way to meet people, learn about different cultures and for me to share my experiences, my knowledge of the English language and my culture. Having lived in Paris for 14 years, I got to see what life was like as a foreigner and being an English teacher. Now being back in London, it would be a great opportunity for me to bring my skills over and teach the foreign community in London.

I lived in Paris for 14 years and taught English there for 11 years. I moved back to London in February 2025 where I am now based as an English teacher. I teach adults who want to strengthen their English for their holidays or for their professional projects whether it be for a promotion, to change employers or move to an English-speaking country. My method is practical-based. We learn in a class setting, then I try to use what we have learned in a real-life context.
