Esther is down to earth, that is one. Secondly, she is open minded and has the patience of a mother. She is also very willing to listen to you and lend a helping hand when needed.
I have known Esther right from our university days. She's a very good interlocutor. It is one thing to talk, and quite another thing to communicate and impact on the next person what you know. I have seen her present seminars and teach others. What marvels me is how it all come to her naturally. Her ability to make you understand what hitherto seems hard to understand is an added advantage; it is one of the reasons I believe she is a fit tutor, a good teacher with whom the children can feel at home with.
