About Kendall
Hello, my name is Kendall Mead and I am an English Literature / Creative Writing major in College. I have coached Competitive Speech and Debate on the High School level which not only entailed coaching the students in their events but also tutoring them in any subject they needed help in. I have also tutored Elementary School students online in Reading Literacy and Fluency. I live in Colorado with my Siberian Husky and I love reading, writing, hiking, and painting. I adjust my teaching method and techniques based on what works best for students. Sometimes it's a more hands on learning approach where we go through the text or essay line by line together and work on spelling, punctuation, fluency, and anything else that is deemed necessary. Sometimes it's a more hands off approach with students doing the work themselves and I look over and go through it with them after. I think that's what sets me apart from other tutors. I make my plans fit the students and not the other way around.
