About Savannah
By trade I am a registered nurse and have a lot of experience teaching, facilitating learning and skill development, peer support and leadership, in both my profession and extracurricular activities. I am also have a lot of experiencing teaching English, including ESL lessons, conversational practice and IELTS preparation to adults and teenagers and would love to use this experience to teach your students. I am TESOL qualified and have completed a lot of professional development and learning that would assist me in the leadership and facilitation of learning of students.
I also have also of experience with children, through my profession, childcare, peer support and teaching gymnastics and related activities where I had to manage children within a classroom and develop appropriate lesson plans to help them learn. I believe I would be able to effectively adapt my skills teaching English to my experience with children to also effectively teach children English.

I am experienced with teaching ESL classes, conversational classes, peer support, public speaking and exam preparation to students that were beginners, intermediate and advanced. I will structure lesson plans according to your skills and abilities and will work on topics and methods according to your learning style and how you like to learn. In our first lesson we will discuss what you are comfortable with and what you need to improve on and your learning style and then i will develop a plan accordingly to improve your strengths and work on your weaknesses. I will use a number of resources to assist you, which will include; videos, writing exercises, speaking exercises, listening exercises, and much more and will adapt these according to how you like to learn. Whether you are a very beginner or are looking for lessons more focused on topics such as grammar, provocation or IELTS preparation i am prepared to teach you effectively, and will do so in a fun and dynamic way.
