I am a very positive and encouraging teacher who aims to get the best out of all my students. I believe praise and encouragement are vital when learning. A typical lesson with me will begin with a baseline measure of the student's level to ensure the class is perfectly tailored to them. I use the Oxford Reading Tree Phonics curriculum and books, which are engaging and fun. My lessons always end with an English-based game. Lessons are aimed at children aged 3-11 of all abilities, whether it is for the first level of phonics or complex reading and comprehension.
