About Merel
I am now a third year student of the English teacher training program. I have done internships for two years at two different pre-vocational secondary schools, where I have already taught grades 1 till 4. I also have experience in giving individual tutoring to final exam students at VMBO and HAVO.

I base my lessons on what the student says they need. First I try to find out what the student is having trouble with and how I can help with this. From that point on, we can get to work together.
I have enough knowledge in all areas of the English language to be able to help any secondary school student. I am currently finishing my third year of the English teacher training course. Since the start of my studies, I have been doing an internship at a secondary school 2 days a week, so I have already gained a lot of experience in teaching students.

After talking I can also teach at home, there will be travelling costs taken into account of €0,13 per km.
When an appointment is cancelled les than 48 hours beforehand, I will apply 50% of my rate.
When an appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours beforehand, I will not apply any cancellation fees.
