About Usha
I’m a learning designer and a cognitive neuroscientist. I have developed training plans and curriculums for nearly 18 years, as well as designed and developed both online and online offline learning programs. As a cognitive neuroscientist I’m interested in how we learn and master skills. I want to teach to bring best of both these worlds to help students excel.

Private tutoring is a conversation meant to explore the path to mastering a subject. I focus on helping students leverage their strengths while overcoming their specific challenges. Every student learns different subjects in different styles. I try to understand their approach towards each subject and examine what’s working for them as well as what isn’t. I then draw up a study plan that is suitable for them and also develop strategies to help them execute the plan.
