George was an outstanding student at the Royal Latin School, not only achieving academic excellence but also fully participating in the life of the school as Head Boy and helping out in various lessons. He helped in my year 8 maths lessons, tutoring the students on a one to one basis within the classroom. He gently explained to them how to solve their problems and enabled them to do well on their exams.

George attended the Royal Latin School for the whole of his school career. In the Sixth Form he was chosen by his peers to be put forward as Head Boy of the school, and after an interview day was elected Head Boy during his final year. George was well respected among his peers and was often seen helping weaker students to understand ideas presented to them in lessons. George is an extremely hard worker and his willingness to share and defend his ideas and opinions in discussions has led to some magnificent debates on a variety topics both inside and outside of class.

George is a genuine scholar whose humour and enthusiasm brings the subject alive. He is able to assimilate new information very quickly and has the ability to consider a range of approaches when solving problems. As the Head Boy of the school, George has helped with the day to day running of the school, has led the Student Leadership Team and regularly presented at our Senior Leadership meetings. He has led assemblies and presented to local business leaders.

Everything that George does, he does with maturity and efficiency. He is very organised and can be relied upon to complete any task set before him. He listens to advice well, but will equally take the lead when he is called upon to do so. He will make an excellent addition to any team and I unreservedly recommend him to you.
