About Natalia
I am new superprof tutor, but I have been a language assistant with Spain's educational system for the past two years. I have helped teach high school students with ages ranging from 5-18. I also gave private, in-person lessons to ages 9-14. Apart from tutoring I also like to learn languages. I grew up in the USA but my family is from Costa Rica so I do speak Spanish, but it is not my first language, so I also understand what it's like to be on this journey. My hobbies are pilates, dancing, cooking and making travel content!

First meeting: Have a quick casual conversation to assess the learner's level. At the end we go through areas that are strong and areas that need more practice. This style of tutor is aimed mainly for those with lower intermediate to high level of English. I will ask your style of learning: visual, auditory, hands-on. Then, I can use those types of learning styles to increase your level of success. Overall this is meant for conversational practice, but I will be using some material to help.

Natalia is a wonderful teacher. We met while working together at a Spanish secondary school, and ever since, she’s been helping me with my English.
