About Tamsyn
I moved from South Africa to Cork in September 2022 to complete my Masters in Applied Psychology at UCC.
Prior to moving to Ireland, I worked as a special needs educator teaching both Maths and English to children. I have taught online English to foreign language learners for over 5 years.My Air Traffic Control experience afforded me the opportunity to engage with a range of cultures and sparked my passion for ESLteaching.
I love to travel and learn about different countries and cultures. I love horses, running, nature and reading. In my down time, I like to meditate, read a book or take a walk (when it's not raining).

I am a qualified Air Traffic Controller, Teacher and Psychology Graduate. I have been tutoring one-on-one 9 years and have taught English as a home language at a school in South Africa to children aged 12 - 18 years for 3 years. I have been teaching ESL online to both adults and children for over 4 years. I am a patient, dynamic and compassionate teacher.
