I have a PhD in philosophy and I used to work as an ESL teacher and English tutor in Iran. As an ESL teacher I was appraised for my classes outcomes.

I firmly believe that language is based on our visual experience of the surrounding world. Therefore using images is the most important part of my method.
Every word should be learned with a visual counterpart, not definition. So instead of using texts, I use pictures to teach the new words and how to make sentences.
