About Alannah
Hi! My name is Alannah and I'm from the QC area. I am majoring in biology education and currently tutor biology at Iowa State. I have a biliteracy seal in Spanish and scored high on ACT English, so I am interested in ESL tutoring, as well as any other subjects in math or science, K-12. I also play flute and would be willing to give lessons as I sat first chair in the philharmonic youth orchestra.

I base classes on interactive learning strategies. Instead of simply reading or writing the material, I encourage students to discuss the material out loud, take small quizzes, play games regarding the material, and learn constructively in a way that enhances education.
