About Ruth
Prior to coaching I spent 15 years in the fast-moving corporate world of Headhunting, advising global corporate clients on talent strategies, succession plans, and the best Executive talent and building discreet relationships with a loyal network of executives. I had a great income and a fun lifestyle. But then I had children and it changed everything. My career left no space for me to live in alignment with my core values. I took some time out, did a lot of reflecting, and worked with a coach. The impact was immense. I now had a roadmap for decision making on life's bigger questions and it all started to flow beautifully. One opportunity led to the next. I had a new sense of calm that I was moving in the right direction. I now support private coaching clients to live and lead more intentionally. Happy people have more to give to their families and work teams and communities.

Coaching deepens self-awareness, empowers choice and lays the foundation for change. Change can feel scary but the fact is, life is always changing around us, and we can either resist, or move with it positively. Life can sometimes throw us curve balls, and while we might have successfully resisted change up to that point, ignoring the little voices in our head that told us that we were on the wrong path, those changes can force us to face up to them. I'm talking about births, deaths, redundancies, divorces, house moves... If you find yourself at a crossroads, don't be scared, embrace the opportunity to lean into the new. My coaching will help you to re-discover, or maybe even discover who you are for the first time. In our guided sessions you will get the space to dream big and find out what it is that you really want, and then we work out together how to make it happen.
