About Ozzi
I have been a soccer coach for a little over 5 years, working on my craft at local clubs and development programs (Aldiroos Program etc.). Although my experience have been with players under the age of 15 years, I am confident I can make a difference at senior players.
My biggest achievement so far is guiding my U13 Div 3 soccer club all the way to Div 1 top 4 finish over 2 years. I am currently working with a small group of boys for next year with the goal of getting them scouted by NPL teams.

I am big on the little things and making sure you perfect the basics, I am huge believer in the best way to learn is by having fun, so I instill that into my sessions. I make sure the players are enjoying their time with me. My sessions are tailored to their ideal positions/current position given by their club. As an Ex Goalkeeper, naturally I have strong knowledge on the position, but I have improved players across all positions.
With every training I will assess players fitness level too and compare them to top players their age. Fitness level is important in the current game as more and more teams like their players to run more, so I seek to improve that too.
