About Shannon
I am an accounting professional with a background in audit and accounting practice, currently working full-time in the accounting field and teaching as a part-time lecturer.
I started teaching because I realized many students struggle with Accounting not because it is difficult, but because it is often not explained in a clear and structured way. Many students end up memorizing instead of truly understanding the concepts.
My goal is to simplify Accounting and make it more logical and step-by-step so students can understand it easily, apply it correctly, and improve their exam performance with confidence.
Through my teaching approach (ALICE method), I focus on building strong understanding and guiding students on how to score marks effectively in exams.
