About Brittany
Brittany is the owner of Colorado Skate Fitness and has been teaching skate lessons and fitness classes since 2013. She started skating in 2009 with FoCo Roller Derby, was the founding Vice President of the Boulder County Bombers, the first chapter manager of CIB Colorado in 2014, and is a member of the Skate Ratz Quad Squad. She is a RollerCon devotee, attending eight years straight, and teaching beginner ramp skating in 2018 and 2019 (a dream come true).

My focus is on safety, having fun, and learning how to progress while minimizing risks of injury. Teaching adults to skate is my absolute favorite, especially people who think they’re too scared or never going to get the hang of it. You can expect to have a TON of fun, get some light bulb moments, and feel much more comfortable on your skates by the end of your class.

Perfect! Brittany gave me an awesome introduction to skating! She is a great teacher - clear, patient and fun loving. I had a great time and went from a complete novice to actually skating within an hour! Wahoo!
Perfect! Brittany was soo patient and fun. She helped me connect the dots to a lot of moves i just couldn’t get on my own thru video tutorials. She is truly a wealth of knowledge. I had such a great time. Can’t wait for our next session!
