I am pleased to recommend Jonathan as a tutor in maths, science and medicine admissions. I taught Jonathan during his undergraduate Chemistry degree and had the opportunity to observe his academic ability firsthand in tutorials.

Jonathan consistently demonstrated an excellent ability to engage with complex scientific concepts and, importantly, to understand the underlying principles rather than relying on memorisation.

Beyond his own academic performance, I believe Jonathan possesses qualities that would make him an effective tutor. He is articulate and patient, with a structured and analytical approach to problem solving-valuable skills when supporting students who may initially find scientific or mathematical concepts intimidating.

I worked alongside Jonathan in a corporate environment, where he consistently impressed me (and others!) with his intellectual curiosity and his ability to clearly explain complex problems and solutions.
He has an exceptional academic background and combining this with a clear enthusiasm for helping others makes him an excellent tutor. I have known Jonathan quite literally all my life, so I can safely say I've been asking him for help with many things for the longest time. All the way through school and now into his adult life, he has had a very strong ability to explain the most complex things, from Chemistry that he learned on his degree that means nothing to me, to the inner workings of Tesco, in the most simple ways. He also has experience working with people of all ages from his extra-curricular work, and will be exceptionally patient with those who may require more attention, especially as he is so passionate about Chemistry.
