About Magali
My yoga practice began in 2011 while I was a law student, as a way to manage stress and balance out the long hours spent sitting in the library. Initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, as a natural extension of my background in gymnastics and dance, I later became interested in its spiritual aspects, particularly during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Before transitioning to teaching yoga, I practiced law for 9 years, where I managed teams and helped people reach their potential—skills that now inform my approach as a yoga teacher.
