About Fereshte
I am an internationally trained dentist with 14 years of clinical experience as a practicing dentist in Iran. After moving to Canada, I continued working in the dental field as a dental assistant and tutor, which has given me experience with both Canadian dentistry and dental education.
I have extensive knowledge of clinical dentistry and enjoy teaching and simplifying complex dental concepts. Having personally experienced the process of adapting my dental education to the Canadian system, I also understand the challenges faced by internationally trained dentists.
My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions freely, build confidence, and truly understand the material rather than simply memorize it.

I offer personalized tutoring for dental assisting and dental hygiene students, as well as internationally trained dentists preparing for NDEB-related examinations. My lessons are practical, structured, and adapted to each student’s individual needs and level of knowledge.
I can help with subjects including operative dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral pathology, radiology, pharmacology, dental materials, infection prevention and control, treatment planning, medical emergencies, and clinical case discussions.
I focus on explaining difficult concepts in a simple and practical way, using my extensive clinical experience to connect theory with real-life dentistry. I can also help students review course material, prepare for exams, work through practice questions, and strengthen areas where they are struggling.
Lessons are available online or in person and can be customized according to your program, exam, and learning goals.
