About Erica
I grew up in a farming/ranching community in Wyoming (USA), developing a love of science and nature at an early age. After completing an undergraduate degree from the University of California Davis in Ecological Management and Restoration (minoring in English Composition), I traveled to Western Australia where I earned a doctorate in Ecology, with a focus on understanding the mechanistic role of wind in the physiology of native Australian vegetation during post-mine restoration. In 2020, I began working as a dissertation coach. Watching my clients overcome their obstacles to rediscover flow in their writing - and graduate - always inspires me.
