Ms. Aspinall is honestly one of the most trustworthy and supportive teachers I’ve ever had. She made her classroom feel like a safe space where you could be yourself without feeling judged. She really takes the time to get to know her students and make them feel seen, especially Black students who don’t always get that type of support in school.

She even started a BSU (Black Student Union) at our school, and that changed everything for a lot of us. It gave us a space to talk, connect, and feel proud of who we are. That’s the kind of teacher she is—someone who goes out of her way to create opportunities and build confidence in her students.
