About Deo Gratias
I'm an Engineering Lecturer based in Blackpool, currently teaching at a Further Education college where I deliver Engineering courses to GCSE, BTEC, and A-Level students. Teaching is something I'm genuinely passionate about I enjoy helping students build confidence in a subject that can often feel intimidating at first, and I was recently recognised as Pedagogy Star of the Week at my college for my approach to teaching.
Outside the classroom, I have a strong interest in engineering and technology more broadly, which keeps my teaching grounded in real-world applications rather than just theory. I believe the best learning happens when students can see how what they're studying connects to actual practice, and I bring that mindset into every lesson.
I'm friendly, patient, and committed to working at each student's own pace whether that means simplifying a tricky concept, building exam technique, or just helping someone feel more confident tackling engineering as a subject.

I'm a qualified Engineering Lecturer working in Further Education, currently teaching at a college in Blackpool. I offer tailored online Engineering tuition for GCSE, BTEC, and A-Level students, covering core topics such as mechanics, electronics, materials, and design technology principles.
