About Rajon
I have 5 years of teaching experience at secondary school where I have taught both English Language and Literature at KS3 and KS4. I also have a PGCE and Masters in Teaching from Institute of Education. I have been tutoring individually and with a group for the past 2 years.

My teaching is based on my students taking ownership over their work through the teacher scaffolding the learning and then stretching and challenging the student to go beyond their 'zone of proximal' development. I also aim to make my teaching environment a positive space to learn where I strive to build my students' confidence through positive feedback.
