About Rachel
My lessons are designed to be fun and engaging, ensuring that children grasp the material and enjoy the learning process. I work hard and I am dedicated to ensuring students that I teach achieve their goals. Outside of teaching, I enjoy walking my Hungarian Vizsla, Tilly, playing badminton, and running.

I am a passionate and dedicated primary school teacher with three years of experience in the classroom. I hold a PGCE and a degree in Psychology which I studied at the University of Liverpool. Along with this, I have A-levels in English Literature, Psychology and History. I am currently teaching a lovely Year 2 class, although I have taught across all primary school years, giving me a broad understanding of the national curriculum and what children need to succeed. In addition to my classroom teaching, I have extensive experience in tutoring English and Maths. I am also TEFL-qualified, enabling me to teach English as a Foreign Language to both children and adults and have experience preparing students for the 11+ exam.
