About Damien
Having worked in the public and private sectors for more than 10 years as a Cambridge certified (TESOL/CELTA) ELT professional, I have spent the past decade living and working in a number of countries including the United States, China, and Thailand. In order to reach my career goals, I have also been taking up Business and Instructional Design courses which I am currently studying for online. I can speak French (C1), as well as some Chinese (A2), Spanish (A1), and Thai (A1).

My teaching methodology depends on my students and their needs. For example, for Business English courses, I use a problem solving approach while Test Prep courses would typically involve a series of practice exams with real time corrections and a focus on MFP (Meaning, form, pronunciation). Basically, the methodology used will largely depend on students' preferences and the program requirements.
