About Steph
I am a social worker and a sociology graduate. As a social worker, I do community education. I have taught French abroad to high school beginners and I have given private lessons to newcomers in Canada. I work also occasionally as a translator from English and Spanish to French.

I usually focus on conversation : oral comprehension and expression. I also include writing and reading, with the goal of making you French functional. A typical class would involve you choosing a subject, reading a text in French on the subject and handing a short text of your own related to it. We would then have a conversation on the subject. I would give you relevant vocabulary.
