About Paul
I have been playing piano for over 15 years, first with a classical training, but then I quickly started improvising and got fond of jazz. My whole relationship to the instrument is based on improvisation.
I love teaching jazz and improvisation because it is all about letting the student find his own notes, tell his own story through the instrument. And that is to me one of the best feelings in the world.

I like to keep an intuitive approach to my lessons. I will guide you on music theory, scales and harmony, but to me, the most important thing is that your improvisation resonates for you, that it stays fun.
My lessons are usually 30 or 45 minutes long.
I have over 2 years of experience as a piano improvisation teacher and I am a professional gigging pianist.
