My pedagogical approach is to align the student's aims within a framework where the student can improve and enjoy the learning process. Fundamental techniques are placed within a context.
For the intermediate and advanced students, greater focus is given to listening and self-evaluation, in conjunction with the discussion and application of the mechanics required to produce various techniques.
Thus, having an adaptive teaching method is paramount to my success as an instructor.
