About Alistair
JUNIOR school teacher fwith 40 years experience in Govt and private schools around the world.I am able to, and have experience with, EFL.Lessons will be adapted to suit your English level.
I am passionate about the subject and use formative and summative assessments. I teach mainly year 6 children preparing students for SATs and high school entry.

I was trained in and use the Piaget theory of development and always begin with the concrete and move steadily to the abstract. I am very artistic and dramatic and use both these skills are used in my lessons.
I am very patient and will find various methods to explain a point.I like to start with an oral / mental starter and use the inter active board in all my lessons.
