About Fizza

I’m a second-year college student pursuing a degree in Economics and Finance, with over four years of experience in online tutoring. Teaching has given me the opportunity to share knowledge and help students overcome academic challenges. I specialize in creating personalized, engaging lessons that cater to individual learning styles, focusing on building both understanding and confidence. My goal is to make learning accessible and enjoyable for students, whether they’re looking to improve grades, prepare for exams, or develop a deeper understanding of the subject matter.

About the lesson

Teaching Method and Techniques
My teaching approach focuses on tailoring lessons to each student’s unique learning style. I use a mix of visual aids, interactive exercises, and real-life examples to make concepts relatable and engaging. I emphasize problem-solving and critical thinking to help students understand the "why" behind mathematical processes. Patience and clear communication are at the heart of my teaching.

A Typical Lesson Plan
1.Warm-Up (5 minutes):Brief review of previous lessons to reinforce learning.
2.Introduction (10 minutes):Introduce the day’s topic using an example or real-life scenario.
3.Main Activity (25 minutes):Work through problems together, gradually increasing complexity.
4.Practice (10 minutes):Allow the student to attempt problems independently, with guidance if needed.
5.Review & Wrap-Up (10 minutes):Summarize key points, address questions, and outline the next steps.

What Sets Me Apart as a Tutor
I focus on building confidence as much as academic skills, ensuring students feel empowered to tackle challenges. My ability to adapt to different learning paces and styles, combined with my expertise in online tools, helps me create an engaging and supportive environment.

Who the Lessons Are For
I teach students from elementary to secondary school (ages 6–16), including those preparing for standardized tests or needing extra support in math topics like algebra, geometry, or basic arithmetic. Lessons are suitable for learners of all proficiency levels.
