Hi, I'm Sara, I'm a personal trainer and a fitness enthusiast. If you want to make a change, you can make it happen. If you want to improve your physical condition and your relationship with your body, I can help you. I've been through that journey before, 7 years ago I weighed 110 kg and I thought I couldn't change, but yea you can, if you really want it, you can do it. I don't promise it will be easy, but I promise it will be worth it. If you're willing to change, I can help you.
