About Daniela
Mathematics is not just what I teach. It runs in my family. My father was a maths tutor, and that love of numbers, logic and problem solving was passed down to me naturally. Both of my own children grew up loving maths. So do my students.
I know what it takes to succeed because I have lived it. I came to England from Romania, learnt English as a second language, and went on to achieve two degrees, A levels and GCSEs in the UK alongside my Romanian qualifications. I did not just study the system. I mastered it.
That same determination is what I bring to every child I teach. I do not just deliver lessons. I instil belief, resilience and the quiet confidence that comes from genuinely understanding the material. With 13 years in Lincoln classrooms, a PGCE and a Cambridge ESOL qualification, I am not just qualified to teach your child. I am inspired to.
I have seen firsthand that background, language and starting point do not define a child's potential. The right teacher does. When parents choose me, they are not just booking a tutor. They are investing in someone who will show their child what is possible.
And more often than not, they end up loving maths, a lifelong vital skill.

As a parent, you want to know your child is in safe, experienced hands. With 13 years of classroom experience in Lincoln schools, I know exactly what your child needs and how to help them get there. You can relax knowing every session is planned, purposeful and delivered by a fully qualified teacher who genuinely cares.
I specialise in KS2, SATs and 11+ preparation, as well as ESOL for children and adults. Having learnt English as a second language myself, I understand the challenges your child faces from the inside. My students make real progress and parents tell me they finally feel at ease knowing their child has the right support.
Sessions last one hour, are tailored to your child's specific needs, and take place in a calm, encouraging environment where confidence grows naturally. You focus on everything else. I'll take care of this.
