About Ja'Rod
I'm a Senior Director of Customer Success with nearly two decades of experience building and scaling CS organizations in B2B SaaS.
I've led teams across companies like UKG, Cvent, and Syncron, and I also run a consulting practice focused on retention strategy and customer lifecycle design.
Outside of work, I'm a dad, a fitness enthusiast, and someone who believes that where you started shouldn't dictate where you end up. I coach because I remember what it felt like to figure it all out without a guide, and I want to shorten that curve for others.
