During these years, I also spent two years helping job seekers find jobs as part of the WorkBC program. My professional experience spans across recruitment, training and development, and job coaching.

My intention is to help job seekers to not simply "get a job", but to develop self-confidence and other skills that will support their career advancement. I base sessions on the job seeker's goals and time frame. I teach people how to write an effective resume, cover letter, and application. Depending on the individual, some sessions may be about working on applications with the job seeker.
Job seekers can also expect one-on-one coaching for interview skills, which involves preparing for the interview and debriefing after the interview.
I would be a good coach for someone who is looking for a someone to guide them through their job search, and willing to put in solid effort in their search.
