Learning should be fun and engaging at all ages!
I've taught and worked with middle-schoolers to college-age students for several years and I believe that the key to long-term learning success is two-fold:
1) Engaging, creative lessons and assessments
2) Individualized learning plans, goals, and lessons
As a result, lessons may vary based on the student's individual need. I have an undergrad degree in Secondary Education and Writing Intensive English, a Masters degree in English, and a Masters degree in Literature. Additionally, I have 7 years of experience with students (grades 7-12) and I have tutored undergraduate students in both writing and reading.
