About Haowen
Hi, I’m Haowen! I am a Software Development graduate from USYD with a strong passion for teaching coding to beginners. I know how confusing coding can feel at first, and I’m here to make it easier and less overwhelming. With experience tutoring my university peers, I focus on explaining concepts clearly and patiently, creating a supportive learning environment. I’m committed to helping students build a strong foundation, gain confidence, and enjoy their coding journey.

I understand that many coding beginners find it hard to grasp concepts and programming logic, because I struggled too when I first started. This experience helps me explain ideas in a way that beginners can easily understand. I teach with patience, like a supportive friend guiding you through new challenges. My lessons are one-on-one and usually last 1 to 2 hours, tailored to your pace. I have experience tutoring my peers during university, helping them strengthen their coding fundamentals. My lessons are ideal for anyone starting their coding journey, no matter their age or background.
