About Stalini
I am teaching Tamil because it is not just a language to me; it is a part of my identity and heritage. Having been born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka, I grew up in a Tamil-speaking environment where I studied in Tamil medium schools. My childhood teachers were Tamil language scholars, and their passion for the language inspired me deeply.
As a testament to my love for Tamil, I actively participated in various Tamil dramas and storytelling events during my youth. These experiences allowed me to connect with the richness of Tamil literature, culture, and traditions. I am also skilled at singing Tamil songs, which further deepened my appreciation for the language's melodious essence.
Winning awards at the national level for my contributions to Tamil dramas not only boosted my confidence but also reaffirmed my commitment to preserving and promoting the Tamil language. Teaching Tamil to young learners now gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge and passion with the next generation, ensuring that this beautiful language continues to thrive and flourish.

Approach to Tutoring:

Teaching Methodology:
I focus on building a strong foundation in the Tamil language, starting with basic vocabulary and essential grammar. Besides language instruction, I also offer insights into Tamil culture, traditions, and values, providing a holistic understanding of the language.
Typical Lesson Length:
Each lesson typically lasts around 45 minutes to one hour, depending on the age and attention span of the students. Shorter sessions for younger children and longer sessions for older students ensure an optimal learning experience.
Qualifications/Experience:
I hold a degree in Business Management, but Tamil is my native language. I have several years of experience teaching Tamil to young learners, which has allowed me to understand their unique needs and adapt my teaching methods accordingly.
