About Shan
I am have been a teacher, tutor,mentor, youth worker and designer over a number of years. I have organised and run a rang of creative group sessions and been an indivual academic tutor. I hold three separate university design degrees.

My teaching methodology is to incorporate a multidisciplinary approach and adapt my lessons to the needs of my students. I often try to to take students out of their comfort zones in an aim to improve their practice and increase their confidence.
