Jose Maria is an excellent teacher. He is patient, kind, and always trying to find a way to adapt the knowledge to your own level and pace.
Extra points for all the Latin rhythms he knows and shares with me, not only pop/rock styles. He is very versatile!
100% recommended.

Jose is a great teacher, many years studying with him, great drummer and musician, always inspiring, reliable and professional, he has a passion for music that is fantastic when teaching.

Gran docente.

José María is a great teacher and I highly recommend him. From day one I’ve learned the basics and rudiments which it would have taken me years to learn on my own.

Don’t hesitate to contact him for high quality lessons!

Jose Maria is a reliable, professional musician and tutor.
We have worked together on gigs and recording sessions, always with the best results.
Occasionally, some of his students have replaced him on gigs, and they have shown an incredible level of skill that they learned through Jose Maria's drum lessons.
Highly recommended for anyone serious about improving their drumming.
