About Ric
I am a Technical Manager, with over 25 years experience from engineer to manager. I manage large technical deliveries and teams, I have a deep culture of continuous learning, and a side passion for teaching. My teaching style is informal but operating with a clear plan. My goal is to ensure my students achieve an understanding in the subject from which they can continue to build, and apply meaningfully to their professional and personal tasks.
I am accustomed to training complete novices right through the tech savvy, and am adept at adjusting my delivery accordingly.
