Hello, my name is Pontsho Phiri, and I am a TEFL and TESOL certified online English tutor with a strong background in professional communication, administration, and customer service. I am passionate about helping students improve their English skills in a supportive, patient, and encouraging learning environment.

I believe that every student learns differently, so my tutoring approach is patient, supportive, and tailored to each learner’s individual needs and goals. I hold TEFL and TESOL certifications, and I offer online English lessons focused on speaking, pronunciation, grammar, reading, writing, vocabulary, and conversational English. I also assist students who want to improve English for school, work, travel, interviews, or everyday communication.
I am fluent in English, and I conduct my lessons in English while adapting my pace and explanations to suit the student’s level.
A typical lesson with me includes a short review of previous work, clear explanations of the day’s topic, guided practice, interactive speaking activities, and constructive feedback.
