About Rachel
In my classes, private sessions and workshops, you will find your voice and your strengths as an actor. You will learn to trust your instincts and speak through the emotion, you will learn make strong choices, to find the truth of the scene and build a character from the inside out.
We do this by using relaxation and sense memory work, based on techniques developed by Lee Strasberg; as well as adding movement, vocalization and improvisation, to create a space where the actor is free to peel back the layers of the scene, be present in the moment and deliver a truth performance.
I also offer a special blend of Creative Coaching for my students. It consists of (re) igniting your spark, balancing it out with real world concerns and drawing a road map that will lead you towards achieving your goals and dreams, on both a professional and personal level.
